So, i'm gonna take a break now with Pokemon Black 2.

I'm gonna leave SimCity SNES for whoever wants it. I hate to say it, but it was too much for me. Frown

I personally prefer to do stuff that don't take me more than 3 hours to complete. The only exception was Faria which brought me childhood memories.

@KAGE-008, Aw shucks. I didn't wanna steal it from you, but thanks anyways.

Digger, Yoshi Island JP is all yours to do. Enjoy Smile

@DiggerandIndy For Pokemon rpgs is it very stable and you must not use the cursor as touchpen.

18-01-2020 14:56
@Mariofan98 True, unless you're working on a game with strenuous stylus usage. I tried to record Bomberman Land Touch once, but I knew I had to wait.

nope, DeSmuME works great and has a great AVI output

17-01-2020 20:39
@Mariofan98 I know this is crazy expensive, but maybe you should invest in those Katsukity or Loopy 3DSes. They work great!

@DiggerandIndy yup, DeSmuME v0.9.9

Dark Seed

The floppy version of Darkseed is about 6 mbs and has some speech in it and the CD32 is about 17 mbs. Whats new with this version is that there is much more speech, and some changes has been made; some good, some bad.

One odd thing though is that the CD32 version seem to have less colors in some scenes and animations compared to the floppy version... strange. Another thing that look bad in the CD32 version is the FOR SALE sign in front of the house in the outro, because in the floppy version it looked great, but in the CD32 version they have replaced the detailed text with HUGE letters & FOR SALE, they havent even bothered to tilt them for better look.

Ok, at closer look they have replaced the sign that the text is on as well, and the sign is not as much tilted as the one in the floppy version, but still, they should have tilted the text a bit Smile

The CD32 version is of course better Smile, more speech, some of the old voices has been replaced with new and better ones... except the alien police, his voice in the floppy version was much cooler, also the alien chick on the phone talking about the mirror, her voice was better in the floppy as well. Also bigger and clearer text now, so they have increased the size of the text box by making the bottom art a few pixels smaller to make room for the new font sized rows.

The floppy version has some weird interlace stuff going on which I cant seem to get rid of, so Im not keen on recording that one. The CD32 version doesnt have this problem.

Some text has been change as well.. some for the better, others for the worse. One example:

Floppy version:
A chilly draft blows through this decrepit living room

CD32:
Thats a chilly draft blowing through this decrepit old living room.

I like the text in the floppy version better.

So, the CD32 version is all in all better and has some good changes, but also bad ones.

For some reason they made him walk soooo slow in both versions, especially up and down the stairs. Has nothing to do with the speed of the computer.

I added the death scene/animation you see when you run out of time, at the end of the movie. There are several ways to die, but Im too lazy to record them all, so just did this one as its the most important one.

Whoa! What happened to all the " and ' ?

" = "
' = '

The text I attached was fine and this must have happened when it was added to this page.
