So, i'm gonna take a break now with Pokemon Black 2.

I'm gonna leave SimCity SNES for whoever wants it. I hate to say it, but it was too much for me. Frown

I personally prefer to do stuff that don't take me more than 3 hours to complete. The only exception was Faria which brought me childhood memories.

@KAGE-008, Aw shucks. I didn't wanna steal it from you, but thanks anyways.

Digger, Yoshi Island JP is all yours to do. Enjoy Smile

@DiggerandIndy For Pokemon rpgs is it very stable and you must not use the cursor as touchpen.

@Mariofan98 True, unless you're working on a game with strenuous stylus usage. I tried to record Bomberman Land Touch once, but I knew I had to wait.

nope, DeSmuME works great and has a great AVI output

17-01-2020 20:39
@Mariofan98 I know this is crazy expensive, but maybe you should invest in those Katsukity or Loopy 3DSes. They work great!

@DiggerandIndy yup, DeSmuME v0.9.9

Bubba 'n' Stix

Another rushed A500 to CD32 port, both versions released in 1994. Only noticeable additions are CD music and a short intro. There are lots of things to like in BnS and it's one of the most original platformers for the Amiga, but unfortunately trying to complete it isn't much fun! Some of the puzzles are hard to figure out, but bad controls together with some design choices are bigger problems.

Running is done by double jabbing the control, even when there are several buttons on the CD32 controller that could be assigned for that function! Trying to approach a hazard carefully in tight spots by taking small steps often triggers Bubba to run straight into doom. Character design occupies quarter of the vertical space on the screen and is uncomfortable to deal with, especially when there's so little room to see above and below. Levels don't start with full health, but instead with remaining health from the end of a previous level. There are many spots with unforgiving timing and pixel perfect accuracy is often not enough to get through without taking damage. Besides, there's very little healing along the way.
